Hey entrepreneurs out there, got any big bright ideas that will make a ton of money? I do and just need investors! If you have any spare dough laying around and want to invest it in a brew pub in Richton Park, just click on the contact us button on the top menu bar. Need a total of around $250,000. I got a great idea, concept, logo, name and catchy advertising campaign. Just need money. I've got 16 years of restaurant ownership experience, being a chef, etc. Will need someone to brew the beer though!

If you have any bright ideas and need investors or just want to kick around an idea, post it here and see what happens! To post something here, register as a user and you can post your own articles out here,

What about a Coummunity Bank? PDF Print E-mail

According to our (Richton Park's) Economic Development Startegiy consultants, Richton Park can use, and more importantly there's a market for, a Community Bank in Richton Park. Community banks differ from the big chains in that they can offer more personalized service and decisions are made locally instead of having to go to the coporate office back in New York or wherever. You know, its kind of like George Bailey's "everybody knows your name" Building and Loan operation in "It's a Wonderful Life", as opposed to the big, impersonal Potter's Bank.

So how do we get one started? Forget milk, got money? 1000 people with $1000. That would put a million dollars in the treasure chest. Start loaning it out to fine, upstanding citizens like me (just kididng) and the money will start rolling in and at the same time we get some local economic development going here.
